Experience what it feels like to "take the reins" in a horse-drawn wagon. Book a "driving experience" with Danny Sullivan. A one-hour session will start you with the basic safety tips and let you "take the reins" for a short time. Letting you "take the reins" is at the discretion of the driver for safety of the driver, rider and horses.
